| To carry out the scientific development concept and build Shandong into ¡° a large and strong, wealthy and beautiful¡± province, the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and Shandong Provincial Government made an important decision to develop cultural industry and build Shandong into a strong province in cultural sector.
