| To carry out the scientific development concept and build Shandong into “ a large and strong, wealthy and beautiful” province, the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and Shandong Provincial Government made an important decision to develop cultural industry and build Shandong into a strong province in cultural sector. In the second half of last year, the local authorities worked out a plan to hold cultural industry fairs once every two years to prosper cultural industry by resorting to market mechanism.
